Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will own building partnerships with the segment leaders and Senior Leaderships team and support them on the full-spectrum of HR generalist activities. Specifically, responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master?s degree required with a minimum of 10 to 15 years? experience in HR
- To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for HR. In addition to focusing on flawless execution you will have high energy, intellectual curiosity and proven track record of delivering results. You?re self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management, prioritization and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication (written/verbal), you are fluent in English (both verbal & written).
- You will need to be willing to do what it takes to get the job done, have a strong systems thinking perspective and have creative problem solving & analytical skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and deal with ambiguity in an environment with competing priorities is important; as is an appropriate sense of urgency with an ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints. You need to be able to be versatile and flexible in a dynamic business environment.
- Fluent in both English and Thai
